If using the Online Membership Application below you must make payment through the USAPLwebsite immediately after you 'Submit' the application. (You will be redirected automatically.) If you would rather mail your membership application, use one of the following methods. Online Memberships without immediate payment will be discarded.

Membership Cards are now delivered via email. Please add nationaloffice@usapowerlifting.com to your Contacts list or white list to avoid your Membership information going to your Spam folder. If purchasing an Online Membership, you will receive two [2] email confirmations: 1)Your Membership Application2) Your Payment Receipt Print these out or have handy on your Smartphone for proof of membership, these will serve as your temporary membership cards until you receive your membership card via email(approx 2 weeks).
