Welcome the Premier Issue of powerLINES !
Welcome to the inaugural edition of Powerlines, the USA Powerlifting Online Newsletter. Published bi-monthly, it will cover issues of importance to USAPL members, and will work together with the regular USAPL site, to present the most timely information here, and the less frequently changing info on the main site.
We chose an electronic format due ease of submission and for better value compared to print. Please feel free to print sections and distribute to fellow lifters. Photographs will be incuded as part of the articles, so that our readership may get to know each other. This issue features profiles of several USAPL lifters and officials and we plan to feature lifters several lifters in upcoming months. Please send suggestions for candidates to: news@usapowerlifting.com.
You will find the Women's Top Ten for 2000. These are taken from USAPL results only, and do not include those who lift under other conditions. Follow the link to the data base to sort all lifts. Men's 52-60 kg. classes will be included in the next issue.
