New Chairman of the Technical Committee Appointed

The USA Powerlifting EC has appointed Joe Marksteiner as Chairman of the Technical Committee and a working team has already been assembled. Issues identified for the committee to address include:

  • State referee recruitment, retention and testing.
  • National and IPF referee promotion.
  • Re-certification and education to assure referees are all equally competent.
  • Appointment of Technical Secretaries for National events and Nominated Referees for International events.
  • Technical rule changes,
