USA Powerlifting National Bench Press Teams

USA Powerlifting National Bench Press Teams Official Nominations for the USA Powerlifting National Bench Press Teams, for the World Championships in Tokyo Japan May 18-25, 2019,  will start to be offered on January 9th, 2019.  There are very specific timelines and duties that are the athlete’s responsibility. These will be laid out to you by the coach if you are nominated for the team.  Be aware if these timelines are missed, the athlete will be removed from the team, so the next alternate can be nominated.
