- 6 Months out:
- File Sanction (cannot discuss or post until Sanction is approved. (Should take a few days)
- 4-5 refs preferred
- File with USAPL for Logo Usage for meet (should take a couple of days to get logos back & approval number)

- Send logos to your vendor; get artwork made
- Send artwork to USAPL for approval with Logo usage # (Should take a few days)

- Approximately 4 months out:
- Start blasting on all social media. Should have all info on website, including registration info
- Set up LiftingCast
- Use for registration, include liability waiver, and all meet info.
- Can add: Meet shirt orders, Spectator/Coach tickets, etc
- At least 3 months/12 weeks out:
- Open Registration on LiftingCast
- Once it sells out, place Meet shirt order
- Add shirts for Spotters/loaders, and staff (Refs, Score), preferred
- Once it sells out, place Meet shirt order
- Open Registration on LiftingCast
- Approximately 1 month out:
- Order medals (USAPL; can order a few extra and use extras at next meet)
- Order Meet kit (Drug tests and paperwork)
- Other Items:
- Lunch for staff, snacks
- Staff Stipends:
- $50/session - Spotters/Loaders (5), Refs (3-5)
- $25/session - Score Table (2)
- You will use the extra refs to start 2nd session check-ins/weigh-ins/equipment checks
- Drug testing is done as soon as the athlete steps off the platform for the 3rd deadlift (min 5% of lifters)
