Lifetime memberships will terminate, and you will not be entitled to reactivation, reinstatement or any refund if:

1. you choose to cancel your membership for any reason.
2. we cancel your membership for disciplinary reason that results in suspension or expulsion.
3. any positive doping offense that results in suspension.
