We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and have incurred immense legal costs over the past four years as we defend protecting fairness in women’s sports within USA Powerlifting.

With the most recent news requiring us to cease business in Minnesota, we have once again received an outpour of requests to help support us in this legal matter. To continue defending ourselves, we welcome this outside support to help cover the legal costs associated with this case.
